Osr2 is a zinc finger containing protein related to Drosophila Odd-skipped. Its mRNA expression is specifically activated in the nascent palatal mesenchyme at the onset of palatal outgrowth. Osr2 mutants exhibit altered gene expression patterns, including those of Osr1, Pax9 and Tgfb3, during palate development.
OSR2 antibody can be used for detection of OSR2 by ELISA at 1:12500. OSR2 antibody can be used for detection of OSR2 by western blot at 0.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Antibody is purified by peptide affinity chromatography method.
Antibody is lyophilized in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 50 μL of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/mL.
Aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
