FOXC2 belongs to the forkhead family of transcription factors which is characterized by a distinct DNA-binding forkhead domain. The specific function of this gene has not yet been determined; however, it may play a role in the development of mesenchymal tissues.
FOXC2 antibody can be used for detection of FOXC2 by ELISA at 1:1562500. FOXC2 antibody can be used for detection of FOXC2 by western blot at 1.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Antibody is purified by protein A chromatography method.
Antibody is lyophilized in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 100 μL of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/mL.
Aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
